ITEMS NEEDED TO RENT TRAVEL TRAILERS:
VEHICLE: Know
what you have and what it can tow.
WIRING: ELECTRIC BRAKES REQUIRED! It's the law. If
you say you do and do not, they will be installed at your expense or you will forfeit your deposit and be unable to take rental.
EQUALIZER BARS: Provided.
RENTAL DEPOSIT: $150.00 up front. This is a rental and security
deposit. Deposit will be refunded after unit is returned and checked in.

PROPANE: NO CHARGE. Unless you run out and refill, then it is at your expense.
CLEANING: Unit
must be cleaned or a fee will be added at $75.00 hr. Wipe Sink, refrigerator, floor, clean out cupboards and under dinette.
Beds vacuumed if needed. If we have to clean bathroom automatic $60.00. Keys must be returned or you will be charged $50.00.
If keys are lost, then locks will need to be changed.
The unit rented is liable to change, dependent upon the progression of sales. A respective unit will
be used in substitution.
30-day cancellation
policy. Visa, Master Card or Discover accepted. Must have a credit card. $50.00
cancellation fees if before 30 days. No refund if notified after 30 days. The unit rented is liable to change, dependent
