ITEMS NEEDED TO RENT FOLDING TRAILERS:
TRAILER HITCH WITH A 2”BALL
WIRING:
Minimum of a flat-4 in working condition.
We will provide an adapter to our unit. If we need to replace or repair your wiring, there will
be an added charge. Our rentals do have electric brakes. Wiring your vehicle for electric
brakes is best.
RENTAL
DEPOSIT: $150.00 up front. This is a rental and security deposit. Deposit will be refunded after unit is returned
and checked in.
WEEKLY RATE:
$400.00 Include fridge,furnace inside and outside stove or grill, and an awning. We will provide battery if you tell me you are wildernesss camping and need one. Sleeps at least 6
4 DAY RATE:
$300.00

PROPANE: NO CHARGE. Unless you run out and refill, then it is at your expense.
CLEANING:
Unit must be cleaned or a fee will be added at $75.00 hr. Wipe Sink, refrigerator, floor, clean out cupboards and under
dinette. Beds vacuumed if needed. If we have to clean bathroom automatic $60.00. Keys must be returned or you will be charged
$50.00. If keys are lost, then locks will need to be changed.
The
unit rented is liable to change, dependent upon the progression of sales. A respective unit will be used in substitution.
30-day cancellation policy.
Visa, Master Card or Discover accepted. Must have a credit card. $10.00 cancellation fees if before
30 days.
IF NEW PURCHASE IS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RENTAL, 50% OF RENT
IS APPLIED TOWARDS PURCHASE PRICE OF UNIT.
